2004 Author Laurie Larsen newsletter
Hello! You're
probably receiving this newsletter because at one time or another, you visited
my website and made contact with me, either through a contest entry or
e-mail. I don't send newsletters very often, but so much has been happening
in my writing world, I just wanted to get you up to date! Of course, all the
news is available on my website, so you can always go there to get the scoop:
www.authorlaurielarsen.com
.
First of all,
my new book, Momentary Lapse, received a 4 1/2 rose rating from A
Romance Review! That's the next to best rating it could get -- the highest is
5 roses! The reviewer said some great things, such as, "I was expecting a
quick read when I picked up this book. However, I wasn’t holding out hope for
a best-seller. I was very surprised when I found it almost difficult to put
the book down to do necessary things. As a mother myself, it was so easy to
relate to what Lydia was going through. I often found myself thinking, how
many choices do I make in a day that could possibly be a momentary lapse in
judgment. I’ll be sure to keep my eyes open for Larsen’s previous book
Whispers Of The Heart."
Second, a
really cool interview with me appeared on Coffee Time Romance. I was very
pleased with how it turned out. Check it out here:

It's fun to do online interviews! In fact, I have another one coming out soon
with Romance Junkies. I won't e-mail you again when it is released, but be
sure to visit my website if you want to read it. I'll announce when it's
available.
And last, a
request from me to you. If you've read Momentary Lapse, how about
visiting one of the many online bookstores (Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com
are the biggest ones) and entering your own review? I'd love to see what you
thought of it, and it's a chance for you to get your thoughts out into
cyberspace! :) It was fun to see what readers had to say about my first
book, Whispers of the Heart, and I'm looking forward to seeing what
you think of my new book.
Have a terrific
autumn, a bountiful Thanksgiving and a truly blessed Christmas! And as
always, thanks for sharing my journey into this incredible world of a
published author. It sure is a fun ride...
Laurie
P.S. If you
don't want me to send you future e-mail communications, just reply to this
email and tell me, "No more newsletters, please."
